What are we supposed to be discussing here?
Relaxation. Beer. Friendliness.

Don't care what you think about the man, I can always respect him for protecting those soldiers he was overwatch for. That's not an easy job and a lot of brutal things happened over there the majority of people don't know about. But people will look for any reason to put down an US soldier nowadays, its the cool thing to do.
Since when were we not allowed to criticize peoples' actions?

Where did I ever imply that?
You seemed to imply that everyone itt criticizing Chris Kyle just hate all US soldiers, basically proving Door's point.

Door is known to hate US soldiers though, he's outrageously biased
You can be biased and still be right.

Sometimes tensions run high 'round here.

Let's bring it down a notch and chill.

The Flood / Re: Discussion on Transgenderism
« on: January 19, 2015, 09:47:26 PM »
The more it affects you, the worse it is. Transgenderism's eventual result (if followed through completely) is the surgical changing of your sex. That's pretty affecting.
Actually, it isn't, but you wouldn't know that.

Many trans people opt to not have the surgery.
There's a part in there you may have missed.
And my point was that not everyone needs surgery to have "completed" transitioning [whatever that may mean]

Plenty of people just do the HRT and call it a day, no surgery whatsoever.

There isn't a single course of action that prescribes what trans people must go through.

If SecondClass had to pick between being born transgendered or born with harlequin ichthyosis, which would he choose? Or would they both be equally horrible?
What the fuck? Obviously transgender, I just wouldn't be an idiot and try to embrace my disease, I'd get it cured.
Don't act all offended; it was more of a rhetorical question. Obviously you would rather be transgendered. Point being, how do you quantify how "bad" a defect is? I'm not even arguing with you, I'm just gathering information right now. I'd like to try to understand the perspective of what I consider to be... toxic bigotry.

Like I said in the other thread, I have nothing but respect for TGs who don't feed the delusion and get a gender change. If they're actually trying to help themselves, they're dealing with their condition correctly.
Don't lie. You literally have no respect for any trans people considering how you've been posting about them.

It's really obvious who does and does not understand transgenderism and related trans issues.

If you don't know what you're talking about, it's generally a good idea not to debate about it.
This isn't a debate, it's a discussion. Transgenders who embrace the disorder are sick. They have no place in a civilized society.
You're right, it isn't a debate - it's you shitting all over something you haven't bothered to try to understand. Literally nothing could convince you otherwise because you couldn't care to understand.

Pro tip: do not discuss trans* issues on the internet unless you're someplace that wont shit all over you. Sep7agon, Bungie, and the like are no such places.
Any place where transgenderism is seen as a social movement is a place that shouldn't exist.
Case in point.

It's not "looking for any reason to put down a US soldier", it's just being critical of someone's actions and choices.

That's awesome, assuming you were planning for kids. We're not having kids until student loans are paid off and we've put a good dent in our Roth IRAs.
Smart move.

TIL I'm an Obama Drone
That's not a good thing. The only drones Obama cares about are the one's he'll use to bomb your house.

"Arm more drones, I want to be the first person to get two peace prizes."

Quote
Obama said he was "surprised" and "deeply humbled" by the award. He stated that he does not feel he deserved the award,[14][15] and that he did not feel worthy of the company the award would place him in. In remarks given at the White House Rose Garden on the day of the announcement, Obama stated, "I do not view it as a recognition of my own accomplishments but rather an affirmation of American leadership on behalf of aspirations held by people in all nations."

Fuck. Got me to reply. 10/10.

This is why I try not to get involved in politics beyond knowing both parties are corrupt and full of shit and you as a citizen have no real power.
lol
An astute response. I thank you for your well thought out points and dialogue.
Doesn't matter. Nobody's going to convince you otherwise and we're not in Serious, so fuck it.
If you cannot convince me of something that only means you don't have a sufficient argument. Okay then, have a nice day.
right.
