i wonder if these surveys will ever have any real effect.
I enjoy them nonetheless.
I'm hoping it'll have an effect on member titles, dark theme, etc, but the rest is just opinion of b.net which I find interesting.
I'm curious..
This is a question to everyone, if B.net were to go back to how it was on b.old, everything the same except for how the site is now (by that I mean it wouldn't look like b.old, but it would have dark theme, title bars, and the old rules) would you guys go back?
I'd be inclined to visit more often, but I wouldn't transition back entirely. it'll still be filled with desticles and shit.

Why in the world are there questions involving us?
Here I was under the impression that they didn't care about us.
daz likes to stir the pot, I think we all know that. Sep7 is a hot topic among the b.net crowd.

Relatives, no. Friends, yes. A few of my college friends now play in the MLB
They play in the major league baseball?
Well, "in MLB" doesn't really sound right. Acronyms fuck things up.

How misleading.
One judge isn't performing marriage ceremonies because of his personal beliefs.
...which shouldn't be an option. If he's uncomfortable with being a public servant, he shouldn't be in the position.
Hence the very next sentence:
Not to mention, he isn't even required to perform such ceremonies during his responsibilities as a judge.
Yes, I read your whole post. It doesn't change my opinion at all.

http://www.myfoxal.com/story/28027027/chilton-county-probate-judge-no-longer-performing-marriage-ceremonies?clienttype=generic&mobilecgbypassChilton County Probate Judge Bobby Martin will no longer perform marriage ceremonies at the county courthouse.
The judge said he typically performs about 16 marriage ceremonies a month.
When asked about the reason for the change, Martin said he isn't required to perform the ceremonies and as of Tuesday he "just stopped having ceremonies in the courthouse."
However, he told the Clanton Advertiser "I believe that marriage is between a man and a woman, and because of that, I will not perform a ceremony for a couple that doesn't fit in that criteria."
Martin wouldn't confirm to WSFA 12 News if the decision was related to the recent federal ruling that struck down the ban on same-sex marriage in Alabama. A hold on the ruling is set to expire Monday unless the U.S. Supreme Court approves Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange's motion for a stay.
Martin said he will issue marriage licenses to any couple who comes in starting Monday.
The current marriage license form includes spaces to enter information for the "bride" and "groom." Martin said he's expecting to get a new marriage license form from the Alabama Department of Public Health sometime Friday, but it will take some time to enter the new form into the computer system. He said the new form might not be in the system Monday if they don't get it until late Friday. I guess they were right - gay marriage IS destroying traditional marriage.

The thing that really gets me is that they have the gall to criticize our generation before we've really had a chance to do anything.
...all the while completely ignoring that jobs don't pay much more than they did back then, cost of living is much higher, and we have zero guarantee of social security, etc, in the future when we need it.

*breathes deeply*
Ahhh. Capitalism.
As opposed to?
Our capitalism is corrupted and diluted anyway. It's scary to imagine how our leaders could fuck up a different system.
I'm just saying that it's shitty, but a consequence of having a "free" market.

have you watched freak show, season 4?
i thought it was brilliant
Funny, I thought Freak Show was only marginally better than Coven. Seasons 1 and 2 were far superior to 3 and 4.

http://espn.go.com/espnw/athletes-life/blog/post/17619/how-texas-pitcher-taking-baseball-game-level?ex_cid=espnFBSince that inspirational Always commercial aired during Sunday’s Super Bowl, #LikeAGirl has been trending. But today we get to see the real-life embodiment of that sentiment.
Meet Sarah Hudek, a senior at George Ranch High School outside Houston who will make history today when she officially accepts a baseball scholarship to play at Bossier Parish Community College in Louisiana. The daughter of former MLB pitcher John Hudek, the 5-foot-10 lefty throws around 82 mph, or, per her future coach Aaron Vorachek in an interview with USA Today, “as good, or better, than most boys around here.”
Hudek, who will become the first woman to play on the school’s baseball team and one of the first women ever to play at the college level, was named the USA Baseball Sportswoman of the Year in December for her dominance in the in the 2014 WBSC Women’s Baseball World Cup. Hudek has been playing with her current high school teammates since their Little League days. This is interesting. I'd like to see an update in several months after she's been working with the pitching coach.

Anyone who likes US Top Gear in the slightest should an hero
Real talk: US Top Gear sucked the first season. They tried really hard to be UK Top Gear and failed miserably at adopting the format and humor. Once they ditched the UK format and found their own footing, it got pretty good. Second half of Season 1 and forward were pretty decent. It's not as good as the UK Top Gear, but it's not as bad as it used to be.
