As a result of Spain's annexation, an additional 1,000 servants have been acquired.

Poland is unsure of getting dragged in to a future war between Germany and Russia at this point in time... economic trade is welcome, however.

Ukraine sends an additional 4,000 soldiers into Russia. In addition with the 3,000 soldiers already stationed there, these troops will shoot any German forces on sight. If a single German boot steps into Russian territory, war will be declared. And Germany's destruction will soon follow.
Due to heightening tensions, Germany sends an additional 1,000 cavalry and 6,000 troops along the territory border. Entrenched positions are constructed. 3 warships are sent North. Germany requests an emissary.

GB conscripts 60,000 men into the military. Training will be complete by page 5.
Also sends a ship to Egypt, expected to arrive by page 3.
Slow down a bit. It will take at least 7 pages for a force half of that size.
Scale down a little. No one had massive armies yet. This phase of the game is more about expansion rather than wars. I mean, yes gather an army. But no one should have a large army till page 10.
Same goes with Germany's 50,000 soldiers, I would say.
This is probably why it'd be best to have a small sort of guideline in the OP for beginning, so there isn't any argument over who does or has what. Maybe a cap of sorts?

Ukraine informs Germany that any territory east of our glorious empire is off-limits to you. If you disagree with this, no further diplomatic talks can be made.
Germany will make no further contact with Ukraine. Acquiring Russian territory will continue.

Yeah, no. I think you know that you aren't - either play seriously, or the country will be put up for grabs.
If you are really that unsure, read our other initial country descriptions. Your population and military are too large, invading NK, etc.

...how does someone take an AP course and get a 2 on the test?
Most of the questions were on stuff that the instructor didn't cover.
Like, one of the essay questions involved Nixon, which was right after the spot she stopped at. Everyone taking the test laughed at the same time, because we knew we were fucked.
That's pretty similar to how my AP Bio test went. Our teacher told us, "STUDY FOR DNA HELICASE AND RIBOSOMES AND RNA" and it ended up being 5 essay questions about biospheres and some genetics and evolution. Everybody studied for the wrong thing. At least the multiple choice wasn't murderous
