Polish artillery has not changed much. If Germany wishes, Poland may share the fruits of internal flintlock mechanisms for handheld firearms.

Britain gets the three islands.
Austria gets anything North of Rome
Germany gets anything South of Rome
Rome remains a neutral, Vatican controlled city.
Unless you three want war, I suggest you find some agreement.
I'd suggest they read others comments and not just their own. 
Germany and Austria have seemed inclined to this deal. Do you approve, or would you risk innocent lives in a foolish war?
Britain gets the city Rome and everything from the south. Deal?
You'd have a naval base in Rome (As would the other two states), on top of Corsica, Sicily, and Sardinia.
No navel bases. instead a wall dividing the city and half the country.
A wall with checkpoints, and embassies.

Population: 365,000
Military Strength: 60,000 infantry, 9,000 cavalry, 4,000 elite troops, and 15 naval warships. (50,000 more soldiers in training).
Allies: Norway, Poland, and Austria.
Precious metals and minerals mined.
Advanced weapon and armor research complete - safer armor for infantry has been developed. More accurate weapons have been developed.
Top secret research complete.
Poland-style canons forged.

Germany will agree to a 25-75 split of Italy, 75 to Austria, and 25 to Germany.
Austria agrees as long as Germany helps Austria to keep the British away from the Italian Territories.

Far East Russia? How'd you get there and annex the entire province this fast? It would take 3 pages alone just to travel that far with force large enough to annex it.
I guess you missed my post where I sent 3 naval ships bearing an annexation force to that area.
