QoS is a good action movie, just not a good Bond movie. You could definitely tell the film-makers definitely put in the effort, but their ideas just didn't translate well onto the screen. It is definitely the weakest of Craig's filmography as the character.
Casino Royale and Skyfall are fucking fantastic though. Royale only edges out Skyfall slightly because the third act of Skyfall literally turn into Home Alone: Spy edition.
SKYFALL??? Actually let me change the positions of QoS and Skyfall. Skyfall was literally dangely donkey dick. There are tons of issues with that movie and it was a terrible film, and an even worse Bond film. I have no idea how it earns the praise it does when there's so much stupid in it (Bond practically rapes the girl who used to work as a prostitute, he hip fires almost all the time, the train magically crashed at the very right place at the very right time for the villain, and a bunch of other stupid shit I don't care to blather on about). Did upright rows, military overhead press, curls, crab walk, squats, crunches, and some push ups.
Damn impressive bro. That's a solid workout!
After a month of this workout I'll be adopting a more intensive one that my friend does, involving a lot more routines and possibly yoga too
