Become an EMT. I work 44 hours a week minimum with more often than not some overtime hours. Plus the overtime pay is alright
I've actually looked at a local hospital for work. However they have a very low turnover rate and the only jobs ever really open are janitorial jobs.
That's because unless you want to do volunteer work or janitor work, you have to have some sort of medical training to work at a hospital... Plus there's more than just hospital options for being an EMT. Hospitals usually look for EMTs with prior experience anyway, so you'd need to get hired with an ambulance.
