Meh, it's only an announcement trailer. You shouldn't expect more than some Mass Effect spacey stuff and some flashy images. It's more to get everyone hooked for what they wanna show in the future.
I'm not hooked, though. It was basically the same thing you'd get from numerous other sci-fi shooters like Halo, Titanfall, or CoD.

It's funny because urban water use is minimal, when most water is directed towards agriculture. Halting the use of water for urban cities literally has minimal impact on the drought/amount of water, and people don't seem to understand this. Drinking one less cup of water a day won't do jack shit.
