How would you even measure if someone doesn't speak the language well enough? Seems like a waste of resources and money to punish someone for something inconsequential.
Literally how is it inconsequential? It's kinda a big deal if you live in a country but can't speak the native language and the natives can't understand a fucking word you're saying. Plus it's a pain in the ass to get an interpretor of you need one in your line of work, and it's just blatantly disrespectful to the people of the country you're in

I suppose getting pneumonia and mono at the same time was the closest medical thing, since my fever reached 105 at one point and we didn't realize that until a day later. I was very weak.
Had some close calls outside of that while driving. That's about it, really.
