In this order
Dank souls 2
Dragon age inquisition
TLOU
Pokemon OR
I don't think anything else came close to the enjoyment I got out of these 4

Honorable mentions
Infamous second son: if it was longer it would have easily made the list, but I shouldn't be able to beat an open world single player game in as fast as you can beat this one

Sunset overdrive: I didn't play it enough to really judge but it was fun

Smash bros because smash bros

Edit 2: destiny: playing with a good group and doing the raid is actually a lot of fun, and the game is beautiful but fuck everything else about it

Horrible taste horrible consistency and texture

Destiny :3
GTA V
Far Cry 4
Dragon Age
Great 2 games I already own on 360 and a Ubi & EA game. Well I guess this gen is still young.
DAI is a good game
I'm sure it is. I still have to finish up DA:O and 2 tho.

Eh. I never finished 1 and never played 2. If you load the default save state you'll totally understand the story. There's just nods to the old games and reaccuring characters .

And sunset overdrive is very cool once you get used to the controls. I didn't like it until I figured out the game is only fun if you stay on the rooftops, on the streets it's literally just dead rising 4, which is intentional iirc. I didn't play it to much because it's my friends but if/when I get my X1 I'm definitely buying it.

>decent fighter on the 3DS with a large roster

Those are your choices. And the correct one should be obvious.

Someone who fucking gets it, finally. This is a no-brainer.

R/S/E is the Halo 3 of the Pokemon franchise. People who like it are blinded by nostalgia.
you're blinded by your faggotry, gaydalf shitler. Emerald is objectively the greatest game to grace the earth, objectively.

No but for real the remakes are really good. And I genuinely like halo 3 and emerald Despite Their flaws so suck it

Yeah, the remakes are far better than the originals. I think they did their best to fix the flaws in the 3rd gen (mainly, the surfing speed and surfing wild pokemon encounter rate, the former was sped up and the latter was reduced.)

I like Emerald too but it's still the worst Pokemon.
True, but being the worst  game is like being the worst Ferrari.

Good analogy. The way I explain it to people is, "if it's your first Pokemon game, don't play it. If you enjoy the others, play this one."

Whenever I suggest Pokemon to someone, I always recommend them in this order: FireRed, SoulSilver, Platinum, Black and White (followed by their sequels), X and Y, and the OR/AS.
I make people play Yellow version first so they hate pokemon

You don't like Yellow? Wtf you can get all 3 starters and alter your rival's eeveelution.
try to go back and play any of the original three. It makes me want to stab my eyes out

It's amazing so far
I'll be getting it.
I don't know if I should buy it. I'm on the edge of buying the MCC Xbone bundle + SSOD.
I would buy the Xbox one first, supposedly the bundles price is going up again after the holiday season, and dragon age looks kinda poopy on last gen
Why is last-gen DAI even relevant?
Read my edit, I'm on shitty mobile and the notification showed gatsys picture so I replied thinking I was talking to him

Smash bros is only fun If you have 3 friends to play with at all times. The new pokemon is awesome and it's not an actual remake so much as a reboot if that makes any sense.

Really? It's £30, I can afford it but I'm not 100% sure as to whether I should get it or not :/
If you like expansive rpg's this is a must buy IMO, especially if you're on Xbox one or ps4

So I bought MK8 DLC already meow anyone know any good games too but like is DarkSiders good for 8$?
I don't like dark siders at all. I got it for free and played maybe 30 mins.
What's so bad about it ö.ô
I dunno, It's like a mix of god of war and legend of Zelda without any other the things that make those games likable. The combat is boring and the puzzles are lame ( I looked up some late game playthroughs so make sure I wasn't missing out on anything) and the story is just plain dumb IMO

Eww. Generic Zombie Film: The Sequel doesn't sound that great.
You obviously never played The Last of Us

Obviously I have. It's gameplay is nothing special and it's story is just a generic mish mash of every zombie film you've ever seen before.
Its the only zombie centric thing I can enjoy anymore. Really good story and characters. Writing and acting were superb. Solid graphics. Gameplay was intense, and rationing ammo + supplies on the harder difficulties was nerve wracking. Multiplayer isn't tacked on bullshit. Its is actually fun and again intense.

Easily one of my top 10 games

You have bad taste if you honestly believe this.
