Unconsciously, my personality varies depending on the person/people I'm with. But that kinda goes for everyone.
I suppose, though, "Verbatim" is a meme of myself. I don't think of myself as one, but what do you think of when you hear my name? Probably some exaggeratedly negative meme of who I really am, based both on word of mouth and memories of having interacted with me. That right there is "Verbatim" as... a meme. This really negative "edgy" meme.

Stick to a healthy diet but DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF
Actually the issue for me is different.
I am 120 pounds and need to increase my weight so a diet is not what i am looking for but a diet where i can increase mass and weight.
So likely a normal calorie with decent protein and fat intake.
Also first time doing it and must say was burnt out after the session. Next time i do it i hope i will come out of it better.
I was in/ am in the same boat as you. For awhile I was stupidly skinny, and the I got "skinny fat" and then I worked that off and I'm working on bulking up.
