Lucio speed boost nerfed why?
I love playing as Lucio, but you gotta admit that the speed boost when amped up was insanely quick and when you have other heroes with their own ways of moving faster its pretty ridiculous.
in coordinated/pro play his seed boost was even more oppressive. Teamfights were basically "which lucio speed boosts at the right time" Hes already the most dominant healer by far he doesn't need that massive utility too

Buffs/Nerfs
-Projectile hitbox size nerf reverted
-Mai
ult ignores barriers and is 2 meters larger in diameter
-Hanzo
faster projectile speed
drawing now now decreased speed by 30% instead of 40%
-Mercy
now heals 60 per second (same as Winston zappers damage)
Ult gives revived enemies less time to move while invulnerable
-d.va
barrier takes a full second to begin recharging
-mcree
ult no longer stays at 50% if you get killed during it
-Genji
Double jump no longer resets when wall climbing
Dash No longer deals damage to or bypasses traps
Alt fire no longer interrupts quick melee attacks
Duration of ultimate has been reduced from 8 seconds to 6 seconds
-Lucio
Speed boost nerfed by 30%
-zenyatta
Discord ord bonus damage down 20%
Alt fire damage increase
-Roadhog
Hook can't pull you from outside line of sight
