I'm a bit more anxious than usual, because the three of us hung out on Wednesday all day, but I was very upset that we might not do something like this again, and it really got to me; I ended up crying when they were driving me back to my car and I stayed silent when they asked me what was wrong.
I texted both of them when I got home, apologizing for it, both said they were just worried. Haven't talked to her since.
No offense but I burst out laughing irl

I'm trying to cut back on my animal product intake a lot. I'm too addicted and it's too inconvenient for me to just cut out meat/cheese at the drop of a hat but one step at a time I guess
nice man, good for you! dairy is much more difficult than meat. at least it was for me.
cutting out milk was easy because there's so many good alternatives that most taste better than milk. I didn't realize how much fucking cream cheese I used though.

just looked my chobani has milk but the no name plain shit I have doesn't. It says it has "food based thickener" though which I feel like might be gelatin
sometimes you can get away with gelatin
for example, not eating fuzzy peaches because they have gelatin would be stupid because it's not an essential ingredient. they could make it without gelatin and they don't harvest animals to make candy.

Not everything exists in extremes. She can have fine self esteem but still want a boost after a hard week or when she's going to have something important that that A girl can wake up and say "you know what I want to look my best today" and wear nice clothes and put on make up and have a kick ass day. She's not going to cut herself if she doesn't have make up

A small amount of make-up CAN be pretty and it makes girls feel more confident which is good especially for young girls.
