One thing I will say about the game is at least in this snippet we're seeing there's a ton of landmarks or easily recognizable topography and a very distinct skyline. One thing I hate about many open world games is I find myself just staring at my mini-map as I run along because everything looks about the same

I wouldn't say it's even CLOSE to the size of skyrim. It takes hours to walk across skyrim. Earlier when they were going from temple to temple it took like 2 minutes and that was almost across the whole plateau

i'll chalk up the relative emptiness of the world to the fact that we're playing a demo and the game isn't finished yet
I'm not so sure. That starting area looks to be at least as large as Skyrim, and that's just a tiny portion of the game world. I feel like the relative emptiness is more a result of sheer scale than anything else.

i like this art style. I think the cartoony yet beautiful art style this game, Overwatch, and Sea of Thieves use is really easy on the eyes.
