But really, I heard somewhere that some character got an alien virus and can't be cured.
Well yeah, Wolvie got infected by something that turned his healing factor off. After killing a scientist that hired mercs to kill people like wolvie (mutants and people with adamantium in their bodies) he was bathed, literally, in liquid adamantium which solidified and turned him into a statue...he died from lack of air.
Poor wolvie. I really liked him too.
He'll be back in the next series/reboot.
Looks quite dead to me. A pretty sad end too.

Well, when Joss Whedon announced they would be in Avengers 2, Bryan Singer decided to be a cuntbag and insert them into Days of Future Past (for literally 5 minutes. All Quicksilver does is show off some CGI effects, be a comic relief, and then has NO impact on the rest of the movie at-fucking-all.) A legal battle ensued and Quickie and Scarlet Witch were allowed to be in Avengers as long as they weren't called Mutants or referenced to as Magneto's children.

#readthearcyourself Bad Guys escape Ryker's Island. Kill a bunch of kids in a big boom, and some super heroes. Government passes Superhuman Registration Act. Half of the Heroes join up with Shield and are all "Yeah, register to make everyone safer and make super peeples accountable". Iron Man is like head honcho and shit. Captain America is all " nuh-uh, I dun wanna be registered. I am a good guy and also a true American". So, a number of the "good guy" super heroes join him. Some people get killed. Then like it all climaxes in New York and Captain America surrenders and then is shot before he goes to court. But the truth is that both SHIELD and HYDRA are rotten, and something else cooked up this whole thing in an effort to break all the heroes up, which kind of gets delved into in the New Avengers storyline, which is one of my favorites next to the Astonishing X-Men, and House of M.

Karen Traviss, while many didn't like her storylines, is actually a very respected author with much talent. Even the old books were done by authors who have been writing respected Sci-Fi literature for years. Dietz not being the least of them, right next to Zahn. Of course, if you're an ill-informed consumer, I can see how you might say The Bearenstein Bears novels are superior, I won't begrudge you that, even simple people need books that are on their level to enjoy.
Most people read the lore because it is genuinely interesting not because Halo 4 is a broken game without it. Gamers are just looking for a reason to tear down the strange and new, Halo 4 was that game for the true-blue Halo fanboys. And now it will be Halo 5.
I don't give a shit what you're led to believe. What word do you propose I use instead of "when?"
I propose you don't discredit a book line simply because you feel it is "below" your level of reading.
