I don't get why people say the movie was propaganda. All I got from it was a story of how being at war in the military caused problems for a man's marriage and ultimately led to difficulties integrating back into civilian life, as well as bringing up issues like PTSD.
thats all I got from the movie too. Which is disappointing.

you know if you play as a hollow, you only get fucked over by the game and not other players right. Also once you lvl up your gear and player you can go to certain hotspots and invade other people who are waiting to do pvp. i don't think i should have to do that
like, i'm glad that it gives you the option
and aria tells me that the game asks you upfront if you'd rather play offline in bloodborne, and that's a good thing
but my point is, you just shouldn't be able to fuck people over, at all, ever
it's a video game
thats just one of the mechanics that makes Darksouls so enjoyable. You fight hard to clear each area, you level up while getting destroyed by other players so you call in an ally. Then both of you wreck the invaders and kill the area boss. It's great. Fucking people over is okay because people will do it to you in a heart beat.

and you can invade people and steal their shit

i don't think those threads exist. Only a forum god could make one and I've never had the pleasure of meeting one. I hear the flood of the old days had good threads though.
I'm always reluctant to rely on the judgement of others when nostalgia becomes a factor.
That being said, I'd like to see some of the B.old threads and see what was God Tier back in the day.

the only reason I felt sad because of how pointless it is that people have to behave this way. It's so fucking pointless. Like I've always said, you know the consequences of joining the military so I don't think I can find it surprising or heart breaking when a solder dies the way he treated others. But I do feel sorry for the people who now have to live without a husband, son, father, best friend ect.
