exactly. It would be kinda cool if people realized that we do come in different shapes and sizes and everyone has something different that they're attracted to. That would like eliminate so much pressure to conform to some ideal, if people could just accept who they are.

Lol Sugar made a serious thread. Yes this is probably my first ever serious thread. I thought I'd try something new this time so here goes. I'd like to talk about thigh gaps because I thought by now most people understood that they aren't inherently bad or good. However just last week I ran into some guy online spewing lies about how girls who have thigh gaps are anorexic and anyone who has one is unhealthy. I also noticed recently that at the same time I saw some women still having insecurities about how their thighs touch. Now whether or not someone can achieve a thigh gap solely depends on THE SHAPE AND MAKE OF THEIR BODY! Crazy right? Our bodies have limits and it's silly to set unrealistic and harmful goals because that's just what happens to be "in" these days. A majority of the country practice religion. Can you imagine what would happen if somebody tried to pass a law banning it? They'd be laughed out of court. Even if the law were passed, it would cause more chaos than good. The religions would fight back and since they are the majority, they would win, especially when it comes to Christianity. People complain about how Christians have power and yet that's the very reason why attempting to ban religion would be a fool's vice.

i watched it on YouTube a couple times. I was kinda unrealistic and I feel like Game of thrones has better shock gore in it than that. I mean I'd expect that over the top blood eagle shit from a borderlands game. Now having your skull crushed by someone's bare hands was more unsettling than watching a blood eagle imo.

because the joker in the comics and cartoons is actually really silly, sinister, random and very very psychotic. I don't feel like Heath ledgers joker was really funny enough. He just seemed like another psycho who liked doing what he was doing. And that's like literally every psycho villain ever. He just didn't feel like that crazy wacky maniac ive read about. Because TDK trilogy is meant to be mature, gritty and down to earth. The laughing maniac Joker wouldn't have worked as well as the psychopathic Joker we got.
this is why I think it's near impossible to find someone to portray him accurately. I read a teen titans comic yesterday which was pretty dark tbh. The joker in that comic was better than any joker I've seen on TV. He lived to kill the people batman called family just so that it would strengthen batman, so he could kill batman in the end anyway. It's so illogical and psychotic that it suits him so well. So yeah you see him cackling and dancing around with the characters after he's incapacitated them and he makes them play games. Like kill your friend to save your family. In the dark night movie, he held people hostage or did little unexpected things that you kind of expected him to do in the end anyway. Some of the comics are intended for mature audiences and those portrayals of joker would have been nicer to see imo. But I don't really know if it's possible to do it justice. He's a character that's been flushed out so well.
