Not anymore dangerous or terrifying than the rest of the world.
I guess it depends on the person.
For me i would prefer going through a jungle of poisonous snakes then being in a submarine in pitch black water.
At least some snakes give you a warning like rattlers.
There's nothing you can fucking do when you hear the cracking of glass in your sub's window or something fucks up and you're left floating down there.
yeah the whole pressure thing is scary. even if the submarine is okay, if you were outside of it:
The water pressure is very high. The pressure from the water would push in on the person’s body, causing any space that’s filled with air to collapse. (The air would be compressed.) So, the lungs would collapse. At the same time, the pressure from the water would push water into the mouth, filling the lungs back up again with water instead of air. But if there’s no air-filled space to be pushed into, the body would not be crushed. (Part of the problem with the old pressure suits that deep-sea divers used to use was that if they depressurized, the soft part of the suit and the entire body would be crushed into the rigid helmet. This is one of the big reasons that divers don’t use suits like this anymore.)
(4) At high pressures, the chemistry of how the body works changes. If the person did have some way of getting air into their system, their body would immediately undergo what’s called "nitrogen narcosis." This happens because at high pressures, nitrogen is much more soluble in water (or blood) than oxygen is. And especially since air is mostly nitrogen, the blood would become full of dissolved nitrogen. The nitrogen would bind to the parts of the body that need to use oxygen, and the person would literally suffocate from the inside out. Do. Not. Want.

It sucks that you have to re-write your work...but hang in there buddy. I hate yo say it but getting it done is better then complaining about it atleast :c
True, i guess i'm just worked up about, it. i wish I at least got told about it over break but I didn't.
You should have been told about it, which is the teacher's fault for not saying anything. If that teacher actually knew how to be a good teacher, they should of told ya. But sadly we have to deal with terrible teachers, trust me I know the feel :s
At least i don't have my cousins teacher, they assigned the biggest pile of work over break, but I hate that cousins family more than anything so i thought it was funny.
I guess this is why some people say that teachers don't have souls x3
The only nice teacher I ever had was my 4th and 5th grade teachers, great people.
My middle school teachers were pretty nice, I actually still talk to them. But sadly some of my high school teachers aren't like that...
