More confessions?
When I start a job I'm very enthusiastic. But within 6 months I can't stand it and want a different job. I'm also forced to cut corners like everyone else to simply stay on top of things. My managers never do things by the book, things are never stocked properly..........it's a task.
I try to be humble in all I do, but I believe my personality gives me this longing for recognition. Not necessarily being exalted and all that, but a simple "thank you" would suffice. A tiny amount of acknowledgement. It's a struggle sometimes.
I don't have a high confidence level, in certain areas. Particularly dating >_>
My confidence isnt the best either so I get what you mean.
