I doubt it. But one can dream.
I'd love another NewVegas, not so much the local or story. But the setting, the atmosphere and the choice just made NewVegas a better game than Fallout 3. Just imagine what New Vegas could have been with a brand new engine and a current gen console?
Here's hoping Fallout 4 is in some sort of dry desert and not some dull grey city.

Rumours. I'm hoping that we get more Mad Max instead of more Escape from New York. The desert just has more vibe when it comes to post apoc games.
So if it takes place in Boston... eh... not perfect but hey a new Fallout is a new Fallout! 
i think a desert was a dumb setting for a post apocalyptic game, even though fallout 3 was bland I liked the ruined city more than some dusty desert.

Fallout 3 also had mutants, raiders, "settlements", and giant monsters Am I saying it was a better game? No. I'm saying that I think a city fits a post apocalyptic game.

Yeah that's normal for a teenager. I've eaten 17 slices of pizza and didn't gain a single pound.
There's a thing called metabolism. Some people have fast ones. Some people have slow ones. Make sure not to ride in good standing on your metabolism when you're young, because over time it will change.
There used to be a little skinny fuck in my highschool. Athletic. Fast metabolism. Liked teasing all the fat kids. But ate more than the fat kids. I said something to him one time. "Give it a few years."
His metabolism has since slowed. But his eating habits didn't. He's overweight now.
The thing is skinny people can still be fat thus why I called ender in a jokingly manner a "fucking TOFI" or in other words Thin on the outside Fat on the inside, they can eat all the fattening foods they want and still be skinny but, they can get diabetes and all that good stuff that fat people receive for eating fat foods
