Ain't nothin wrong with enjoying DB. In cases where my post applies the hypocrisy is a little overbearing. It's part of that "I don't like anime, except this one anime" exceptionalism bullshit that's annoying.

most anime is perverted and sexual, dragon ball isnt. it has its moments but its about martial arts at the end of the day.

You can like dragonball and hate MOST other anime. When you say "I hate anime" that set includes all of it. You could say I hate anime GENERALLY and it would be fine. I think the semantic nitpicking is justified here because whenever people make an exception for anime that's "good," yet dismiss the medium and other potentially watchable shows it just demonstrates how lazy and complacent people are with their media consumption.

Unfinished doodle of a Black Templar I made on the back of a note card about a month ago.
Drawing again reminded me of my weaknesses. I apply too much force on my pencil, making erasing much more difficult, due to the graphite smearing. Furthermore, I am definitely a perfectionist, and will start with something like a helmet and spend an enormous amount of time getting it looking as perfect as possible, before doing anything else.
That, and I only ever draw things wearing helmets. I don't think I've ever drawn anything without a helmet.
