I don't know, that's a tough one to bullshit your way out of, because what he's asking you to do is bullshit in itself. What kind of college forces you to write from a specific viewpoint on a subject, and not let you choose your own?
If you really have to do it focus more on Rodney King, then when mentioning the other two compare them to as many white martyrs/heroes as you possibly can and criticize how they fall short of those white folk.

Not that it matters anyway because supposedly the Master Chief traded a half dead plasma pistol for Miller's SAW, so the ODST only got to hold the mythical squad automatic weapon for around thirty seconds."
