The former Slavic nations are annihilated by the sheer rain of the mini-MACs from the Imperial fleet at the Med. Sea. Troops move from their original locations and take the easier route though friendly Austria and meet up with Austrian forces, aiding them towards their advance, doubling the numbers of the immense army.

There's no planes. It's a dispersement silo. The first Eurowar only employed 750 canisters, now I'm releasing all 5,750.
They're not really going to do anything against advanced Challenger tanks that are sent in first.
Never said they were. It's for ground troops.

Troops stop short from the poison fallen into the battlefield, the Ukrainian cowards do not dare to face them face-to-face. Jets and bombers enter the fray behind enemy lines and begin to carpet bomb entire batallions. The tanks keep moving towards their objective, smashing though the Slovenian DMZ.

Austria and it's holdings, being devout Catholic, condemn the heresy committed by the Emperor of the Imperium.
The Empire sees this as a clear violation of their alliance with the Austrian government and cease communications with the Austrian Empire.
The mighty Empire of Austria is willing to continue peaceful relations and military and economic cooperation, but all religious association/cooperation will cease.
The Parliament, the secular branch of the Empire, is willing to agree as long as there is no talk of the God-Emperor and his crazed ideas or religion in general.
Very well. This agreement is satisfactory. You will understand if a small detachment of Austrian soldiers (around a hundred men) were put in place to protect The Pope in case the Emperor took any... irrational action?
The God-Emperor has good relations with his Holiness.

Social reforms are put in place across the Emperium by the order of the Emperor, the old social norms are washed away giving the Imperial citizens more liberties than before. This is met with great joy and love towards the Emperor, who then later meets with the Pope at the Vatican, and talk about religious reforms. The Christian world shall be led by not a sole figure.
At Paris, the Emperor assembles many people and radio stations for a message for the Emperium. He renames himself as the God-Emperor of Rome, for he sees himself as a divine figure, and the Emperium is re-dubbed as the Holy Empire of Rome. The people were flabbergasted by this radical statement:
"I, your Emperor, have had a premonition. That most of the civilized world be united under fairness, love and faith. Qualities that the Emperium has been spreading, holy practices. But I have learned that what I have said is not only mortal but immortal too. What I said was said in Heaven. My will shall be done throughout the empire, and beyond. And that is why, I am here to be known as the God-Emperor of Rome, a divine living man leading you all to a better and brighter future. With our allies, we shall bring prosperity to all the peoples of the Earth. By cooperation and unity! All Hail Roma! All Hail your God-Emperor!"

Americans in the conquered East Coast are displeased by being conquered by a foreign power, especially an Imperial one, and begin to make resistance movements. They are quickly fought off, Major Strusk, the commanding officer in the Imperial Invasion, has made an announcement to every American at the White House:
"To the American people, even though your country has mostly fallen to the Emperium's power, you will keep all of the rights given to you by the US Constitution. You will not be treated as second tier citizens, your soldiers will not be executed but will be encouraged to join the Imperial forces as an independent unit. America will see greatness through the Emperium!"

Older tanks are outfitted with heavier 120mm cannons instead of the older 50mm, and even older models are replaced by the superior British Challengers. Naval fleets are overhauled with new 150mm cannons and one mini-MAC.
