Not insecure at all. I just find it hilarious that every single debate I get into, someone has to bring up my intellect. It's funny when I've accomplished more than everyone here except maybe 2 or 3 people. That's not me gloating, it's just a fact.

Work in Marketing for the NJ Devils franchise. Mostly dealing with the Albany Devils, their minor league AHL team.
But yeah, they're younger, but usually only by 3-4 years. I'm not that old lol.
Oh that's always a job that interested me. Good on you.
Only downside is the commute to Albany 1 day a week is like 3 hours.
You drive right by me and have never stopped for a beer.

Lets not pretend that the government uses the military for anything just, though. Its not about "defending the mainland from foreign threats", its about guarding our economic interests overseas.

Veterans are some of the best and most honorable people in the country, theyre the equivalent of knights or duelists - being willing to die for what they believe in.
The military as a whole misuses that patriotism and loyalty, and shouldnt be cherished whatsoever.
So you're saying we should respect the soldier who goes out there to fight but not the governmental institution that misuses the soldiers' patriotism, right?
