Actually the good question is this, what terminals are we talking about? because i never heard of one terminal with the rookie speaking.
You know, that terminal hidden in Coastal Highway. You have to play the game in Legendary with all skulls on to find it. But its really hard to find.
In Halo 3 ODST, might look it up since i never did it with all skulls on plus never finding it and never hearing about it.
