I've never actually played any of the Total War games before. I used to watch my Dad play Rome 1 & Medieval 2 when I was younger. Is it worth getting in to? The only other stratergy games I've played are Halo Wars which I thought was garbage, Civilization & X-Com, I fucking love X-Com.

I thought it had a far better story and characters then the first season of Walking Dead. Which is means something seeing as how TWD Season 1 is one of my favourite games of all time at this point. The Wolf Among Us was probably my GOTY for 2014 tbh. Seeing how every other game that came out last year was complete shit.

It's a common factor of solid/good gameplay, compared to shit/lacking story/content.
It goes to show gameplay really is the most important thing.
Not that I'm defending the brutal gutting Destiny got before release or anything.
I guess. It's more of the fact that I'm not really enjoying anything to play lately and Destiny was the only game recently that I would play regularly even though every time I did I just scoffed at everything I saw. If Halo 5 would just come out already that'd be great.
