Ok so honest suggestions of things that I would want to play. Gmod, GTAIV and Minecraft? maybe if anyone was willing to go to all the trouble to make a server for it. These all seem like fun games to play with a large group of people.
There is already a building server for Minecraft.
Awesome we could use that then I guess.

Tried doing it for the first time last week and we all got out asses owned. I'm going to try and do it some time in the future with people I actually know. That is if Destiny can still hold my interest, which it's already lost.

10 hours in and I think it's great. It does get boring every now and then but the Alien encounters are great. The Alien kind of loses it's fear factor after the second encounter but there are still tons of tense moments throughout the game. To be honest the game kind of becomes a stealth game with a horror element rather then a survival horror game that I was hoping for. I think it's awesome. What do you think of it so far? (If you've played it yet lol)

So I only joined last night and have only been skimming a lot posts on here. There seems to be a lot of history behind this place and I just wanted to know what it was. Or if it's something I'm going to find out about over time.
Long story short: we used to all be members on Bungie's forums. As you probably know, Bungie is the game developer that created the Halo series. Their off-topic / general forum was called "the Flood", named after the enemy in the Halo games, and their community forum was named "Septagon", after Bungie's icon. Years passed and eventually Bungie moved on to their new franchise, Destiny. Doing this, they basically ruined their community and website, hereby driving away most of the old members. And that's how most of us ended up here: Bungie.net kept deteriorating to the point that a lot of its members chose to move elsewhere.
That being said, how did you find us? I'd imagine most people here come from B.net too.
Forgewolf's post on b.net. But this forums not like any other forum I've been to. Everyone seems to know everyone else and what not. It's interesting to read through it all. So this forum is like the remnants of old bungie.
