Ok so I seem to be the only one out of my friends who has this opinion and I wanted to see if anyone felt the same as me.

The first TWD game was brilliant and it's one of my favourite games of all time. The Wolf Among Us even more so, TWAU may likely be my GOTY of 2014.

But there was something about Season 2 that just didn't feel the same. Episode 1 for instance was extremely boring. There was hardly any interesting character dialogue and it the main set piece of the Episode which was Clem stitching her arm, Which in my opinion just felt like Telltale was just like "OOHHH SHOCK VALUE!"

Episode 2 was a bit better besides the re-introduction of the worlds most unlike able character. Kenny.

And that was when after playing through it for the 4th time that I realised why I didn't enjoy Season 2 as much as their other titles. The characters were shit. Now with the exception of Luke & Alvin everyone in Season 2 acts like an asshole just so Telltale can have their big choice decision moments. Now I know in real life you're not going to get along with everyone. But in a game where character interaction and decisions matter. I couldn't give 2 fucks less about what happened to this new group because I hated all of them.

I don't hate Season 2. There quite a few good moments sprinkled in there. Such as Carver who was a fantastic villain, who they proceed the episode after you meet him.

Which brings me to my next point. Season 2 has no story goal. It has one for about 2 and a half episodes then stops. This is part of the reason why I don't enjoy the show at all. Season 1 started out with the proper introduction to the TWD world then soon after it became about the group trying to make their way to Savannah then becoming Lee trying to save Clementine from The Stranger.

Season 2 however begins with you being picked up by this new group. Then trying to escape Carver. The escape from  Carver (Which was really well done I might add) But then it just turns into the group mindlessly wandering around. This is why I hate the show. Theirs no proper goal. Now sure in a zombie apocalypse that's probably what you'd be doing. But that doesn't make an interesting gaming experience, it leaves me bored.

I still have faith however. Season 3 is going to be interesting in how it picks up your choices from earlier games. Considering there are 5 different endings (Calling that we're going to Wellington anyway) but Season 2 was just bleh. Maybe I was just too short attended about the whole thing. But I hope at some point it get's as good as the first Season was.

Do you have faith that the character is finally going to be done justice? In my honest opinion I thought that 3, ASM 1 & 2 were crap. 1 was meh and 2 was really the only one where I was like "that was really great"

At this point I trust Marvel, considering how well they've been doing recently but considering the SM movie track record. Honestly I don't like the idea of doing these new movies on Miles Morales because I feel as though Parker actual story hasn't been done at all. Then again Morales would be a completely fresh perspective to get a Spider-Man story on considering the last reboot was only a measly 3 years ago.

Also knowing Marvel they're most likely going to pull villians out of their asses that no ones ever heard of.

I'm assuming some people here play MGS so I'd like to hear what you guys think.

Although I think Solid Snake is a pretty swell dude, Big Boss seems like the sort of dude that I'd hang out with. (Before The Bosses death at least)

I also feel as though the Big Boss "Trilogy" is far more interesting then Solid's. I felt like Big Boss had more character where as Solid Snake's story always felt like dumb Japanese crap.

So who is the better Snake?

Ok I know that there is already a thread similar to this one but I just had the worst fucking experience with the one at the moment. So my friend comes online and I'm playing MCC so obviously my first thought is invite him to a party then see what we decide to do from there. I open up the snap menu then click on party. For some reason the xbox seems to think that the party is an app and then refuses to open up the party menu because I apparently "don't own this app". After spending far too much time trying to figure out whatever the fuck I am doing wrong (which is nothing) I begin getting messages from this friend asking me to invite them to the game. So I try reply telling him that the xbox is mentally deficient. I press the reply button and nothing happens. After pressing the reply button over and over again the screen starts to fuzz black until finally the xbox decides "this is all to hard for me, I think I'll turn off now". With that my story is finished.
