Considering the recent announcements of Resident Evil Revelations 2 & the RE: Remake... err, remake. Do you guys think Capcom can finally make this series awesome again? I'm looking forward to the remake but Revelations 2 looks a bit gimmicky to be completely honest. But with the recent announcement that Barry Mother Fucking Burton is returning it might have some thing going for it.

Christmas is coming up which gives me limitless possibilities. I haven't really been all that interested in the Juan but there's a Halo game out on it so now I have some interest. On the one hand I have a collection of all the Halo games with actual working multiplayer for all. Then again I already own all these games on my old consoles. Is it worth it? Please tell me... pls.

I don't know if any of you remember but I said I was going to be writing a Destiny fanfic. So after struggling with that for about a month. I've just figured the story sucked and scrapped it. I may come back to it later when I have a better outline of a story thought out but for now that is not what I want to do. BUT. My idea.
I have a story that I have been really wanted to tell for about a 2 years now. It's a whole universe e.g Star Wars or Halo type of deal. I was originally going to make it a machinima in the Source SDK. But I have just been running into brick walls with it. So what I want to do is write the story in a novel form, instead of a machinima. and release on here so you guys can give me feedback. That all depends if you guys actually want to read it. The story will be called The Wanderer and if you guys want to read it I'll give you guys more information and what not.

While everyone is off jerking to Halo 2 Anniversary can we just stop and remember Half-Life 2?. It's my favourite game of all time and it's aged considerably well. I don't really know as to why I'm making this thread other then the fact that I love this game. It's influences that are still being felt today in the modern FPS & how it jump started Steam a games platform that everyone uses pretty much at this point. So I'm going to spend the weekend playing through this thing again. It's time to rise and shine.

Anyone else looking forward to this? I have literally no knowledge about GOT apart from the fact that it's %80 porno. It's going to be interesting seeing Telltale tackle this also having 5 playable characters too. idk about the engine tho. Seeing how it's like 10 years old and runs at like 10 frames at some points on the console ports. I'm kind off looking foward to this. Spoiler but I'm kind off more looking foward to that new Borderlands game they're making to tho. :3

I've been kind of interested in Dragon Age: Inquisition but I don't know if it's the game for me. I don't mind fantasy RPG's I've played a crap ton of The Elder Scrolls & Dragon's Dogma but Dragon Age seems different. I really want to get into Dragon Age because it looks like story wise it's really good. I've got Dragon Age: Origins on Xbox 360 and I've played the first hour and a half basically the Grey Warden guy has taken me to that town after the tutorial I guess. The problem is I don't really enjoy the combat that much, apparently it get's better according to all the reviews I've read but I don't know. Does it get any better? Is it worth going through the previous 2 games? Or should I just skip them and go straight for the third one? I want help and opinions here people.
EDIT: Got rid of the part where I said I thought it played like a hack 'n slash game. You buncha bitches.

So after I posted a topic about my brother playing Halo: Reach I came to the SHOCKING conclusion that not many people enjoyed Halo: Reach. Now to be completely honest I understand as to why people didn't enjoy it. The campaign wasn't as fun and interesting as the previous games. The armour abilities straight up brake the flow of multiplayer and overall it just didn't have Bungie's charm that they were known for. That said I still like the game. Not as much as ANY of the games in the original trilogy but it has it's moments like every other Halo game. Then we come to the point of Halo 4 and yes I agree that game has a multitude of problems. Especially in the campaign side of things but I enjoy the multiplayer quite a bit A LOT more then I do with Reach's Multiplayer especially. I love every Halo game. Halo: CE for it's great story, it's just a classic sci-fi story through and through. Halo 2 for it's crazy campaign mission's that were amazing. The Multiplayer that was addictive as all hell (I was only 5 but I have fond memories of it) and the amount of improvements to online console multiplayer that it brought, that pretty every much console game uses to this day. Halo 3 for it's improvements to content creation such as the file share & forge and don't hate me for this but the best multiplayer in the series, I know the hit detection was shit but I just love it too death for whatever reason. Halo Wars for well.... I don't talk about Halo Wars. Halo 3 ODST for it's great characters and story. Halo: Reach for it's sheer amount of customization that it gives you with not only your own character but with modes and forge.... just forge 2.0. Halo 4 for it's risky change to multiplayer that I actually enjoy... and that's about it for that.
I don't want this to become a Halo hate thread. I want this to be a thread about how Halo has brought us here. We are all here because of what Bungie created. Even if the future of Halo may seem a bit scary. Halo is still Halo. We all love it. We all play it. We all enjoy it. You don't even have to post anything. I just want you to read this and remember Halo. That game. It was pretty great.

So my friend is arguing with me that no one will buy a Mass Effect 4 after the awful ending of ME3. I want to know what you guys think. I would buy it because honestly a Mass Effect universe where The Reapers aren't the main thing any more sounds like fun. I've come to the conclusion that I would never in my life want to play any Halo game with my 10 year old brother. He's been playing a considerable amount of Reach recently and all he seems to be doing is teamkilling & trolling. Right now he's in a warthog with a member of the other team on the gunner killing his team and another carrying his flag. What have I done. I'm a horrible brother.

Stopped to look at peoples profile pictures? Like seriously you can find out so much a persons personality by looking at a their profile picture.
Like how pretty much %99.7 of the forum is just anime profile pictures. Or how Casper always has a picture or gif of Elsa for some reason. Or how BioSmiley has a gif of Tali. But that's cool coz Tali is my homegurl. But I would just like people to just stop and smell the euphoric scent of peoples profile pictures. It's a good smell.
