Considering the fact that this is an open forum, everyone has the ability to speak their mind on anything they'd like. Usually the way problems are solved is through a combined effort of discussion and compromise with the parties involved. I'm only encouraging those things, so if that's your idea of someone being "full of themselves" then you need to have a reality check.
