I gave him some X-01 and by the next time I saw him (After I'd talked maxson down), it was being counted as his default PA and I couldn't get it back - and if I equipped some different power armour, it removed the X-01 entirely.

I'm WAYYY after the Sentinel Site quest and I convinced Danse to stay alive and talked Maxson down. What happened in this picture was 3 of my settlers at Sanctuary(the 3rd isn't in this pic) hopped in some of my power armors when a Legendary Deathclaw showed up. I took out all the fusion cores in my armors so they won't do that again lol
