And MLB has super strict PED tests/rules these days. First offense is suspension for 50 games, second offense is a 162 game suspension and can't play in the postseason, and the third offense is a lifetime ban from MLB.
Did you know there PEDs that are undetectable? I wouldn't expect a spic to be informed.
I'm not sure who you're calling a spic, either way, the tests and screenings they have pick up everything. There's very very very very rare cases that it slips through one test, not two.
This Unless a player comes out and openly admitted he took PEDs, like A-Rod, players are going to get caught with the way MLB handles things now.

i wonder how they arrived at 162 games for a second offense
162 games is the entire regular MLB season. If you get caught during the season, the suspension carries over to the next. The only player to be banned lifetime from MLB due to PEDs is a guy by the name of Jenrry Mejia. He was a pitcher for the Mets.
