Yeah I'm getting pretty tired of all the forced in humor they've been putting into movies the past couple of years.
Plus, am I the only one bothered by Kong's size? He looks goofy here. Like a Power Rangers villain or something.
They had to make him the same size as their absurdly large Godzilla so they can fight each other. But yeah I thought it was a terrible decision.
Yeah I knew they had to beef him up a bit to equalize the odds against Godzilla, but fucking hell, there's ways of doing that without making him look like a comical videogame character.
To be fair, Toho's version of King Kong was Godzilla's size and it looks like Legendary wants to have that for their version of Kong too. He even walks on two legs like Toho's Kong whereas Peter Jackson's Kong moved on all 4 limbs and was smaller, staying true to the original 1930s Kong. People are also saying that this Kong is young and hasn't reached his full height yet. I think that's a rather silly reason really.

Try not to be a jack of all trades character and get perks in multiple skill trees. Try to focus on just a few skill trees so you can get all the perks in those. You'll miss out on some cool perks if you try to level up multiple skill trees. If you want to go as a stealth archer, then level up Archery and Sneak as there are perks that stack with each other in both trees for you to do the most damage output as possible.
When you're out traveling around and happen to come across ore veins, equip your pickaxe and swing at the veins so you don't have to sit through the animation. If you dual wield pickaxes and do this, you'll get double the ore.
If you don't want to be a vampire and happen to fight some and contact that vampire disease, make sure to get this cured immediately. There are Potions of Cure Disease sold at nearly every merchant and its nice to have some of these on you at all times. If you want to become a werewolf, you're immune to all diseases.
Don't waste your time buying weapons and armor at merchants because chances are you'll find that weapon and armor set you want when you're exploring. If you find weapons and armor with enchantments on them and you don't plan on using those weapons, you can either sell them or take them to an arcane table and learn the enchantment on that item. Also, always pick up Soul Gems too so you can recharge your enchanted equipment.
Also if you're playing on PC download the SkyUI mod. It makes the in-game menu MUCH better and easier to navigate/find items.

I'm not exactly sure how I feel about this. I'll still see it though, but I was expecting a more serious-tone movie, at least that's what I expected it would be judging from the trailer they showed at Comic Con this past summer.
I mean the guy just witness a bunch of vietnam soldiers piss off a giant gorilla and end up being stranded in skull island, how can you not crack jokes in this situation?
If Jet Jaguar flew in outta nowhere with his theme song playing in this movie, then we can crack jokes

Heroes of the Storm is pretty fun, there doesn't seem to be a way to track progress in the Nexus challenge tho
You playing vs the AI? You can get the skin in just under an hour vs the Easy AI with a group of people

We played co-op vs AI, but apparently I haven't made any progress in the challenge.
Go to Versus AI, set them to Recruit difficulty, and make sure everyone in the party is friends with each other on Bnet. Make sure to not put them on Beginner or else it'll change the mode into a tutorial match. I partied up with randoms and I already got the skin. Each match was about 5-6 minutes long, shortest was 2 and half minutes. Edit: I'll be willing to help out anyone get the Genji skin in HoTS. Just be sure your region is NA.

Yes, its that bad and its really frustrating because in original CoD 4 when you got shot at, you actually had a chance to shoot back at the guy aiming at you. It's the only CoD that gave a fair chance to the ones being shot at before future CoDs reduced the TTK and had way more guns with zero recoil. I've also noticed, especially recently, that the lag compensation in MWR is bad too. I've counted too many times where I've ran around walls only to be killed. I watch the killcam and I see my character's body around the wall dying to bullets that don't even hit me. And one thing I want to address is the spawns. Dietrich said they've always been shit but he's wrong. On maps such as Crossfire and Bog the spawns are horrendous. On Crossfire on the Marines side, there's a 2 story building to the left where I used to be able to sit and look out towards OpFor's side of the map and snipe without any problems 90% of the time. I can't do that anymore because the spawns will flip every 30-40 seconds and I would get killed every time it happens because of enemies spawning near me. On Bog its even worse. That map wasn't perfect in original CoD4, but in this game it's awful. You will literally spawn in front of enemies, behind enemies, sometimes next to them, and spawn directly in front of sniper fire and die before you even know what hit you. Random spawns is not how you make spawns in an FPS. I shouldn't have to EVER worry about someone spawning behind me when my team has control of certain part of the map. This is why I couldn't stand Black Ops 3 most of the time because of the random spawns and how many times I would get killed from behind. At this point, I would have settled for them to just port Call of Duty 4 to PS4/Xbox One. Just put it to 1080p at a constant 60fps and it would have been much better than them fucking it up with a Remastered version. I have yet to play a Remastered game(besides Skyrim) where they didn't fuck anything up from the original.

You can now hit the rotors of the helicopters with an rpg which is a good balance.
P90 steady aim is still GOAT.
Frag x3, Juggernaut, Steady Aim for the P90 is the best combo. That's my class I use on Vacant. I get around 10-12 grenade kills per match on that map. You don't even have to aim with the P90 either. So broken.
I never see people use it either, it's like they forgot.

Basically this also because the sword fighting is one of the dullest I've ever seen
Archery is just as boring.
I'm playing as a thief who uses destruction magic and a dagger, so I can't just shoot everyone from 100 yards out.
Archery is hilarious. Piercing an arrow through someone's face and hearing them say "Who's there?" never gets old
