« on: July 13, 2020, 06:55:53 PM »
I think Raynor has like max armour, so every attack regardless of the unit is like 1 damage, so it's best to do fast damage, while he gets distracted.
The max armor you can give a unit in SC1 is 255. Raynor in this game mode has 45 and units that do bonus damage to light units still keep their bonus damage regardless of armor. The numbers get adjusted as such.

The way this guy was playing was driving me insane, his APM alone was slower than your average SC player.

He didn't go for Dark Archons with Maelstrom until it was too late when he could have micro'd them one at a time in the Protoss base, also he could have gone with Reavers as the Scarabs do 125 damage per shot. High Templars also could have helped out as he could have hallucinated units to distract Raynor plus Psi Storm.

Mass Guardians and Defilers on the Zerg side was the way to go and he could have easily killed Raynor at the Zerg base too. The range on Guardians is broken as fuck and Plague from Defilers drain the health of things much faster than any other spell in the game and use Dark Swarm to cover his own units. Throw that with mass Lurkers too on the ground and there's no way Raynor is making it past the Zerg even with his ridiculous HP and damage.

The only race this guy played somewhat correct with the static defense was Terran but anyone could do that. He could have built way more tanks however instead of wasting resources on Battlecruisers.

Speaking of resources this guy's resource management was awful, at one point he had only 1000 minerals but 6000+ gas and had more workers in the Refineries than minerals. Spent too much of his resources building stupid shit instead of the things he should have been building.

This game has a fully functioning guitar which you strum by utilizing the DS4's touchpad. Each string is designated to a specific region of the pad so that they can be played individually to your liking, and you can play thirty unique chords—all of which are named, so that even if you're musically illiterate, you can easily transpose anything you want in order to play basically any song.

0/10 game because Chad dies, though.
Can you play the solo from Tornado Of Souls on that guitar?

Earlier last month I had my car's fuel pump go out and didn't have it for 2 weeks. The guys at the dealership said that the computer needed an update and they did that. My dad was driving it back home and my car died on him on the freeway. Thankfully he was able to pull to the side of the road without getting into an accident. They towed it back and then that's when they said it was the fuel pump. I was annoyed that I didn't have my car but everything is back to normal now. She runs like new now pretty much. Took her on a road trip to Nevada where she ran good and I ended up fixing my MPG by 1 from the trip lmao

I'm going to wait until next month I think before buying any new mods. A guy from work told me I should get some fuel injectors which I've been looking into. After that it's definitely time for a new throttle body and then the tune. All of this is going to be really pricey and judging by how things at work have been, I might have to wait even longer before I can acquire all of this.
God dang stitched up on the diagnosis. You’d think the techs would do a road test and run a scan to check for codes before returning it.

If you’re going bigger injectors car might need to be tuned to accommodate the upgrade, but I dunno how adaptive modern ECUs are compared to old school.
They drove my car around the dealership once they updated my computer and said it was good. My dad probably drove it for about 12-13 miles on the freeway before it shut off on him.

The funny thing is that I looked online about the problem and even asked in Camaro forums on what it could be and everything added up to the fuel pump. It wasn't until they towed it back to the dealership when they told me that was the problem. I was pissed off and annoyed with them, usually the Chevrolet dealership I go to is good when it comes to service.

Stock suspension is getting tired after 22 years of life. Also Australian roads are shithouse so the car has always felt super rough and bumpy when driving as the suspension is quite stiff (since Japan actually puts some level of care into their asphalt surfaces).

Getting a good deal on a Tein Super Street/G4 Racing front/rear combo. This should be the last thing I do before converting the body. Got a GT-R rear half cut lined up for body panels and other parts that should complete everything I need for widebody goodness. Looking forward to seeing how it looks afterward tbh

just 100%'ed the game

Spoiler
overall it was a pretty fun game. i enjoy platform games, and i appreciated the amount of freedom you get it when it comes to picking what areas you wanna do. i did rock bottom after i got the cruise bubble, and was able to cheese lots of RB because of it. since it's a kids game i can understand it being on the easy side, but i still enjoyed being able to play through all the areas of the show. just recently i rewatched the original seasons, so it's nice to see all the nods to the show as well

if i had something to complain about is the amount of grinding you need for the shiny objects.
You used to be able to chain a Super-Mega-Ultra-Monster Combo with Tikis in the original version of the game that would give you like +500 extra shiny objects every time, adding in robot kills to that would even grant you more.

I haven't seen the "Super-Mega-Ultra-Monster Combo" prompt in Rehydrated. I'm assuming they took that high combo out so it wouldn't be as easy to grind.

so is this a full remake, or is it just a remaster

can't seem to get a straight answer anywhere
It's literally the same as the PS2/Xbox/Gamecube game but with better graphics and better animations

Edit: So its a remaster.

wouldnt that make it a remake then? i thought remasters were keeping the game one for one and only touching it up, like how the mcc treated all the halos besides h2a
To my understanding, remaking a game is keeping the same name but having different things about it. For example the Ratchet and Clank from a few years ago was a remake of the first game which shares the same name but the story was different, it was shorter than the original game, and had tons of other gameplay elements that were introduced that weren't part of the original game. If you put the original game and the PS4 title right next to each other the differences between them are night and day.

Battle For Bikini Bottom Rehydrated is a remaster because its literally the same game as the original with the same story, same levels, same gameplay, same characters etc. you get the idea. You put the original game next to this remaster and you can do the same exact things in both games at the same time, the only difference is that the remaster looks better.

is the theater required? i see it costs a pretty penny to go in, but im not sure if i should tackle that first or trade all my shiny objects to mr krabs
The theater in the old version was just a clip show of the concept art for the game. It was really nothing special and a waste of shiny objects.

I have no idea what it does in the remastered version. It probably just does the same thing.

I’m getting a lot of crashes in kelp forest. But overall fun game. Already got 80 spatulas
What do you think of it?

It’s really fun. Unfortunately I completed everything and I only have 99 spatulas. Guess I won’t be getting 100%.
Buy one from Mr Krabs lol, you can farm for shiny objects in these places:

- The Tikis on top of the sand castle in Goo Lagoon
- The very beginning of Sandy's dream
- The Tikis in the museum in Rock Bottom

is there any reason why mr krabs doesnt have his original voice actor

it bothers me
I hate it too, I guess either the original voice actor was too busy at the time or they couldn't come to an agreement.

Mermaidman's voice is not the same as the show either.

Holy shit this may just be the worst review I have ever had the displeasure of watching.

The guy is complaining about a button on the ground when all he has to do is literally take a few steps back.

He also says that he hates playing through the entire level when he dies but each area is littered with Checkpoints that you respawn at... and the clip that plays as he's talking about this shows him respawning at a Checkpoint LMAO

Imagine struggling this much at a game made for children. I guess the paycheck to review this game wasn't enough.

it's quite neat that the game has a small amount of freedom when it comes to the stages you do. after jellyfish fields, i
Spoiler
went to goo lagoon and completely skipped over downtown bikini bottom. i didnt mean to, but i just forgot dbb WAS there, to the left of spongebobs house

the constant loading after every death is pretty annoying. i like to horse around, try to get places im not supposed to, but the loading makes me be more careful. which i understand but still
You can skip entire areas of the game.

If you get stuck in a section you can always travel somewhere else.

i aint no pansy

so far ive gotten all the collectables i can, except for 1 where i need the controllable move, idk what it's called in this game but in the movie it was goofy goober guitar

but still, it's refreshing to be able to skip areas
The Cruise Bubble, its a guided missile that you cast. You don't get it until the 3rd area of Bikini Bottom.

And yeah, skipping areas in this game is cool. You have more freedom to do what you want this way and doesn't make the game feel completely linear which allows for multiple playthroughs.
