Problem with CoD is that (until this year's iteration) it was repetitive and dull If you're talking about the SP sure, but the MP is the same shit it's always been. You know what you're getting at this point.
IW had a pretty fun campaign. The EVA segments were pretty comfy. Idk how par for the course it is because that and AW are the only ones I've ever played but I really enjoyed it.
Shame it was a CoD game and the chances of it getting a sequel are almost none because muh warld war two
Some people have already found out that the next CoD will be Black Ops 4 since it will be Treyarch's turn to release a game. The future shit is gonna come back.

Can someone explain the appeal of heroes to me? I've always maintained that the were the worst thing the original battlefront 2 introduced as they not only completely fucked over any attempt at balancing, but they take away from the boots on the ground feel the original battlefront had going for it.

I've enjoyed EAFront 2 with the time I had in the trial and had enough credits to buy the new female hero they introduced, but who wants to waste their credits on her? Not me at least.
Anyways, the gameplay is solid but I've only really enjoyed the Heroes vs Villains mode the most. The game is lacking hero and villain characters right now which is why I'm gonna wait down the road for the game to go on sale and when more characters are available. If they're still absurdly priced(Which I bet they still will be), I won't be getting this game.
