People would make controversial topics that were against the rules and argue as much as they possibly could before a mod locked the thread. Rinse and repeat because the bans weren't as severe.
There was a thread with the title "Same Sex Marriage" or something related to that subject every week on the old Flood that would get like 7-8 pages worth of replies before getting locked. I always avoided those threads because they were quite annoying to see every damn week.

The old Bnet had its ups and downs but the community was way better back then. It might have been a little more strict, but the lack of political/religion threads was something I enjoyed.
Except the Reach Forum. We don't like to talk about the Reach Forum.
I like this site a lot because its almost the same as Bnet Old but with its own qualities, like having your own avatar and stuff.
If there's one thing I miss from Bnet Old, it was the ranks. I was so close to getting Mythic and then the update happened. I was pissed off for the longest time.

Halo Wars has single handedly outlasted every other console RTS ever made for the 360 and is still going today which I think is a testament to the game. Sure, it had it's flaws. But the fact that it's beaten and outlasted all the other console RTS's that came out for the 360 before it say's something.
Still doesn't play better than Kane's Wrath however. Halo Wars can be fun but my friends and I found more enjoyment out of Kane's Wrath because its polished much better and has way more key RTS elements into it for a console game.

Halo Wars 2 needs to be on PC.

Command and Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath is one of those games.
Halo Wars is the only RTS i've played.

He was brutal, and he was very VERY tall.
However he would also be cocky and play with his enemies.
If he had a cool head he'd be one of the greatest warriors of all time.
That Arbiter could have easily killed Forge. And I hated how Ensemble made the Elites look and act like idiots in that cutscene.
