This thread just reminded me of the CoD maps I made in Reach and Halo 4 long ago.
I remade Shipment, Mission, Scrapyard, Skidrow, Highrise, and Salvage. I tried to make them as identical to their CoD designs as possible and I did a pretty good job. Wish my Xbox still read games so I could see them again.
I also made one of the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer maps. Firebase White I think was its name?
There was a lot of firebases on ME3.

Because on Heroic, both your damage and the enemy's damage balances out against each other. Nobody has an advantage over one another. On Normal, you still have quite a bit of a buff against the AI. Well, my original statement stands, then. That's stupid. "Heroic" should be labeled "normal" and "normal" should be labeled something else, then. The way it is now is misleading.
not gonna demerit the game's score over it or anything--I know that's a nitpick, but I just don't... like that

Don't let the difficulty confuse you. Halo CE on Normal is equal to Halo 3's Legendary difficulty. CE on Normal is still very challenging to play.

Halo CE and Halo 2 have the same difficulty descriptions Halo 3 is when they changed them a little bit. That's when the "How Halo is meant to be played" was first seen on Halo 3's Heroic difficulty.

In Halo 2 onwards, the Plasma Grenade makes a loud hissing sound when you are near it so if one goes flying at you, you'll be able to hear it. It also lights up really bright when it is about to explode so you have some time to avoid them... granted you didn't get stuck by one of course.
