They literally just slapped a beard and mustache on the default male
Bethesda loves using their character creator to make characters instead of actually designing them

I found a random guy named Ricky Dalton walking around the wastes and when I approached him, he became hostile. I took his health down and he went down like companions do when they run out of health. Homeboy got back up and started attacking me again. Once more I took his health down and ran away to avoid contact with him.
Is he part of some faction I didn't sign up with or something.

for years, we'd have to go to the other side of the city just to eat in-n-out. about 25 minutes to get there
but about 2 years ago, they built one literally right next to me. it's now, one of the closest food places there is, takes about 10 minutes now
anyways, what do you think of their fries ?
There's 2 In-N-Outs within a relatively short drive from me, depends on the traffic however. Their fries are pretty good but I have had better tbh
