Probably more attacks on the biggest proponents of refugees from the Middle East i.e. France and Germany. It wouldn't make sense to attack a country that is fairly anti-immigrant and anti-Muslim like Poland for example; they already dislike Muslims, there's nothing to gain. However if you attack a country that is pro-Muslims and pro-immigrant and create enough political backlash to make them anti-Muslim you then just gained potentially more fundamentalist extremists to your cause or at the very least have prompted more Muslims to harbor animosity towards those countries. That, at least to me, seems like the course of action that makes the most sense.

If the attacks in Paris, Egypt and Lebanon were all directed by ISIS Central, it represents a major shift in its global strategy considering up until now it's only been focusing on local areas in the Levant.

Drones aren't going to get shit done, not with ISIS.
Russia isn't taking action against ISIS. They're taking action against the Syrian rebels, which has ISIS among them.
Drones are demolishing these people.
Killing 50 members of ISIS, an organization tens of thousands strong, in a given month is far from demolishing. Drones are ineffective against an organization this large. Not to mention all the civilian casualties.
