Rand's become anonymous with his campaign. The guy is polling at the very bottom of nearly every major poll, and it's feeling more and more like he's given up. He had some good lines tonight, but he was lackluster and stale. I doubt he'll be staying in until Iowa.
Carson did fine enough. The guy lacks enthusiasm and charisma half the time, and he can come off as very monotone. He did better among the 11, but nothing that is going to help push him to even out with Trump.
So you're basing you're rating off of how they spoke and not their actual policies? It all makes sense now. Also the lack of applause tonight shows the Trump hype train is over.
