Adding a second theme is probably one of the last things planned, since the many modifications, plugins, and bug fixes would have to be duplicated along side of the original layout. Once the site settles into stability and most of the features are added and working correctly, then we can talk about themes.
I definitely agree with that. Functionality beats aesthetics every time.

Out of all these choices, I have narrowed down my picks to 4 of them.
Chronic:
Great sense of humor. Has been around for a long time, so he is quite experienced. Laid back. Very good at getting people to just sit back and simmer down.
Commissar:
Great moderator on the last site. He actually enforced the rules when I posted a GIF I made of something NSFW(nothing too bad, just funny). I give him props for that.
TBlocks:
Extremely helpful guy. Easy to get along with. Level-headed(I've never seen him even remotely pissed off at anyone).
Sentra:
I know, this may seem like an odd choice, but hear me out. He will not hesitate to use his power. I don't think he will abuse it, but he'll certainly use it. Even though we hate people like Foman, we need mods like him to keep order.
Honorable Mention:
Officer Nasty. Overall a great dude. It's unfortunate that he isn't in this poll. I think he would do a great job. He is one of the most popular and seasoned posters on b.net.
As for Sopoforic, I feel he would do a great job, but making him a mod would just spoil his magic for me. Quality GIF finder, though.
GIF finding is something I list on my resumes when I apply for a job.

Ads are fine. As long as they're placed like they were on B.Old.
Ads (or, well, ad) will probably be necessary in the near future. I think everyone is familiar with the sidebar-style advertisements Bungie had, so it'll probably go there when they're implemented.
I don't know if you noticed but on Tapatalk you can set up payment for the ads on the mobile site. We can discuss it in a PM

People saying the trust system is abused are wrong. You have to have at least 25 posts to rate other users so a "troll" would have to go through a lot of trouble to make a bunch of fake accounts to down vote you. If you've rustled the jimmies of a couple of users of course they're going to down vote you. You can't please everyone.
You people are going to have to get over the fact that maybe everyone doesn't like you.
Sorry, but it is actually abused. Not that I care, but I will still point that out. The quality of one's posts is what is important, not their title.
