Shishka was a moderator/bungie employee at one point but he wasn't really prominent besides being one of the first Ninjas. I think he had a reputation for being in a bad mood a lot. He went MIA in 2010 after he "left" Bungie. He was actually one of the people that founded Certain Affinity.
