I'm going to be pretty pissed if they go the Fallout 3 route and make them a hostile group that you don't have the option to join. Tbh if they're going to do that just don't even put them in the game.
In every game the Enclave are in, they are evil. In Fallout 2 they wanted to gas the planet and kill anyone slightly irradiated, so the population would basically go extinct. There is literally no redeeming factor about them other than the remnants who are old enough to know the mistakes they did.

Reasons why Rockstar a massive shit
1. Never going to make Red Dead Redemption sequel
2. Forever milking the cash cow that is GTA
3. Took a year to get GTA on PC
4. Took two years to get heists which they promised from the start
5. As the publisher for L.A. Noire (one of my favorite games ever, so I may be bias) gave Team Bondi stupid deadlines for the DLC and treated them like shit effectively killing their relationship and the possibility of a sequel.

I'm paying on average 30 cents less per gallon of Diesel than you.
Gas right now is $2.02 per gallon and still even then I end up paying less. Also diesel just happened to just now dip below gas in prices but we both know it wasn't that way previously for a long time and won't stay that way for long.
