Jabberwocky hands down. Smaug would lose that dance battle so quick.

I suffered from sleep paralysis after having a boring, lucid dream.
Damn. How long did the paralysis last?

I don't even know. Is there even anybody else here even remotely close to me? Cause if there was, I would most enjoy finding them.
Longface is like a fucked up version of you. He's got the writing skills.

But I question, is he as fucked as I am? There is still much I keep in the dark. Not fucked, no. But strange.
Then this theory makes even more sense. You use your Longface account to release all your fucked up dark thoughts.

Wow you guys are lucky. Mine happened when I was sleeping on the couch in living room when no one was home (this rarely ever happens). It's very blurry because this was a few years ago but I was like being tormented by something, some sort of being was just in this hallucination. I always associated it as being a ghost or demonic entity. Well anyways I eventually was standing up and walking around but there I was still laying on the couch asleep so it was basically an "out of body" experience which the idea of scares the shit out of me for some reason.

The Flood / Have you ever had a lucid dream?
« on: September 08, 2014, 12:43:52 AM »
I see a lot of people post about this but have you actually experienced one yourself?

I had one before and it was one of the most terrifying moments in my life. There's something really scary about not being able to decipher reality from the dream. At least in a conventional nightmare I know that it was all just a dream but in a lucid dream the line between the real world and the dream world is blurry. It gives me chills thinking about it.

Back on B.net Sentra accused me of being Bio's alt.... Even though ya know my account is 5 years old and Bio's was less than a year old......
How strange...
You don't even have the same posting style!
Yeah I know... Bio is way funnier than me.

Well he said that because at the time there was this running joke where Bio and I would pretty much reply to all of his posts with something about "a stick being in his pooper"

Best: Washington, Jefferson, FDR, Teddy, JFK, and Lincoln.

Worst: Bush Sr, Bush Jr, Jackson, Hoover, and Taft.
Ewww you listed 3 bad ones as your best
I can't hear you over my overflowing freedom.

Spoiler

Actually the third bad one was Teddy not JFK

Gaming / Re: Gaming Headsets
« on: September 07, 2014, 11:33:28 PM »
The Tritton 720+ is the greatest headset ever made. I would highly suggest it.
Astros are better, and Sennheiser are even better than Astros.
Way overpriced IMO. I don't see a reason to pay $300 for a headset.

Gaming / Re: (Sort of) New Slender Game
« on: September 07, 2014, 11:27:47 PM »
great story

The game's creator made the first game completely ot out free creative commons assets from the Unity asset store. The only original models were that shitty building, the Slenderman model and the notes. And that was the whole story right there, the notes.

The Creepypasta Slenderman story wasn't created by the games creator. So for people who don't know the Slenderman mythos the game is literally just, "you are in the woods, find these notes and don't let this "Slender" guy kill you".

Sorry for the rant, it just doesn't have a story.
I was basing that off of the original creepypasta story which yes I do know isn't made by the game creator.

Serious / Re: Who was the best and worst President in US history?

FDR was pretty good.
I almost made my worst a four way tie because of him. He is terrible in the fact that he increased the size of the government way too much. Not to mention he made one of the most broken welfare systems in the world.
Just forget about the fact that he ended the Depression, created tens of thousands of jobs, and led us through the deadliest war in European history, right?
Well I'm extremely anti big government and he increased the government's size almost more than any other president in history. Not to mention he made the broken welfare system we have today and his fiscal policies were all around terrible. In the end his effects on the economy were negative in the long term.
That's probably why our opinions differ. I'm no fan of big government, but I'm not really that strongly against it. But how does our current welfare system resemble the one he made? I thought his whole idea was making people work for the government to make money (Civilian Conservation Corps and all that).
Well I mean it was like two different things.

The CCC was a "kill two birds with one stone" policy. Basically they got all the various unemployed men left over from the depression and paid them to build roads, houses, etc. in rule communities. Welfare on the other hand was just given out freely to people that did nothing. So he did make people work for money, yes and no. All around the welfare system hasn't changed much it's probably actually degraded since FDR's time.

It's not really dismissed or confirmed.

There are basically two leading theories about the end of the universe.

The Big Crunch or The Big Freeze

which do you prefer?
I guess I really prefer the Big Crunch because at least there will be a new universe afterwards unlike the Big Freeze which would be a complete and total terminus.
lol i know you've played marathon and stuff
