I had two times it happened in Reach
Once in a random match of Slayer on the first DLC maps soon after they released.
And then once in a custom game actually.
And for a little while I had one on my friends list. Met him through a mutual friend that knew him IRL.

my choices are Swansea, Wales; Biberach, Germany; Caceres, Spain; or Limoges, France. There are a couple of others in Russia and the Ukraine but I think you can see the problem with that and a couple in China but I don't like chinks.
So which should I go if I do it?
I'm thinking Germany or Wales. I'm not a huge fan of spics or frogs
