This being the use of substances like DMT, psilocybin, LSD, etc. for treatments of conditions such as PTSD and other psychological issues. I'm pretty much just going to talk about DMT mainly but shrooms is used a lot to treat PTSD and you can read up on that if you want but still feel welcome to voice your opinion on that as well as in relation to DMT. A little background on DMT which is the more unknown substance is that it is a chemical found abundant in nature in various plants and animals. It is even found in human beings though it is only produced two times in life; birth and death/near death experiences. People that have consumed DMT describe meeting God, alien encounters, etc. So when you hear about someone having a near death experience and describing seeing heaven, meeting God, other religious experiences they are actually just experiencing their body's natural DMT high. The first bit on DMT's possible medical use I'd like to show is a little documentary by VICE in which a doctor in Mexico was experimenting with a form of DMT made by a toad in the region. He used a group of natives in the area that had been already using the drug for spiritual and ritualistic purposes of hundreds of years. Within this community he found people that had been suffering from severe drug addictions to meth and crack and one or a few uses of DMT and these people were cured of their addiction. So do you agree with DMT's use clinically based on these preliminary trials?

Somewhere out there an aide to former Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Chafee is hoping the Federal Election Commission doesn't watch CNN.
During a Thursday appearance on CNN's "New Day," Chafee, the Republican-turned-independent-turned-potential Democratic presidential candidate said he was running and called himself an "underdog."
Chafee was asked why, out of all the undeclared Democrats in the race, he was the hitting Clinton the hardest. "Yes, that's why I'm running. Because I feel strong about where we're going as a country," he said. He went on to criticize her record as secretary of state.
“Yes, that's why I'm running."
Lincoln Chafee Debbie Rich, Chafee spokesperson, later contacted CNN to clarify that no, actually, he's not running. "We are still in the exploratory committee phase," Rich told CNN. "We will file the proper papers to be an official candidate, but that has not happened yet."
Chafee announced his exploratory committee in a video last week, in which he criticized Republicans and praised President Obama.
The distinction is important—individuals who are exploring a presidential run and people who call themselves candidates are subject to different FEC rules. Last months two groups filed FEC complaints against Jeb Bush, Martin O'Malley, Rick Santorum and Scott Walker for violating campaign registration and donation disclosure rules.
During the interview, Chafee hit Clinton on her vote for the Iraq war and some of her gaffes as secretary of state. When the U.S. and Russia reset their relationship, he argued that her mispronunciation of a Russian word hurt the move. "It was the right move to restart, but you gotta get the word right," Chafee said. "They insulted the Russians right off the bat." http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2015-04-16/lincoln-chafee-accidentally-declared-that-he-s-running-for-president

If so I've yet to hear it. There are tons of benefits to cloning humans that we could be reaping right now if people weren't so focused on the morality of the issue.

you choose to do everything possible, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be a very long game. And as it turns out, even if you know how to minimize the time it takes to get through the core, you're still looking at a 25-hour experience just to complete the game's story.
That's according to CD Projekt Red, which revealed to Gamereactor that the quickest any of its testers could run through the RPG's story was 25 hours. If that causes you to worry about how quickly you'll be able to complete it, keep in mind that not only omits side quests, but also skips right through dialogue and takes the fastest-possible path, which you likely won't know when initially playing through the game.
As for a closer indication of how long you can expect a playthrough to last, the developer previously offered an estimate of about 100 hours, with half of that accounting for the main narrative, and the other half spent on side content. More recently, senior designer Damien Monnier said that it could take upwards of 200 hours to do absolutely everything.
Should you find yourself having completed everything in the main game, two DLC packs will be released that, combined, add roughly 30 hours of additional gameplay. The first of these, Hearts of Stone, launches in October, and will be followed by the second, Blood and Wine, in the first quarter of 2016.
The Witcher 3 launches on May 19 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Check out the latest trailer above. http://www.gamespot.com/articles/the-witcher-3-takes-dev-s-speedrunners-25-hours-to/1100-6426549/NO STOPPIN THE HYPE TRAIN

http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-intersect/wp/2015/04/10/russia-just-made-a-ton-of-internet-memes-illegal/?tid=sm_fbIn post-Soviet Russia, you don’t make memes. Memes make (or unmake?) you.
That is, at least, the only conclusion we can draw from an announcement made this week by Russia’s three-year-old media agency/Internet censor Roskomnadzor, which made it illegal to publish any Internet meme that depicts a public figure in a way that has nothing to do with his “personality.”
Sad Keanu? Nope.
Sad Putin? Absolutely not.
“These ways of using [celebrities’ images] violate the laws governing personal data and harm the honor, dignity and business of public figures,” reads the policy announcement from Roskomnadzor.
To be clear, this isn’t a new law passed by parliament or anything — it’s just a (pretty startling) clarification of existing policy, published to the popular social network Vkontakte. According to Russian media, the announcement came in light of a lawsuit filed by the Russian singer Valeri Syutkin, who sued an irreverent Wikipedia-style culture site over an image macro that paired his picture with some less-than-tasteful lyrics from another artist’s song. On Tuesday, a Moscow judge ruled for Syutkin, prompting the Roskomnadzor to publish an update to its “personal data laws.”
Those laws now ban, per Roskomnadzor’s announcement, memes that picture public figures in a way that “has no relation to [their] personality,” parody accounts and parody Web sites. If a public figure believes such a site or meme has been made about him, the announcement continues, he can report them to the Roskomnadzor, which — in addition to overseeing Russia’s Internet censorship program — can file claims in court. Web sites are essentially given the choice of blocking the offending content in Russia, or seeing their whole sites get blocked across the country.
If that sounds crazy to U.S. readers, it probably should: U.S. law gives a very, very wide berth to Internet speech, even when it depicts private people or children — and especially when it depicts public figures.
Russia, on the other hand, has taken a series of steps to increase government control of the Internet in recent months. Just last August, Russia enacted a law that forced all bloggers with more than 3,000 daily readers to register with the Roskomnadzor, basically outlawing anonymous blogs. Earlier in the year, Russia approved a law that lets Roskomnadzor unilaterally block Web sites without explanation; the sites of prominent Putin critics were among the first to go dark.
It is impossible to know, of course, exactly how much of the Russian Internet will be affected by the change and to what degree this new policy will be pursued or enforced. (It is worth noting that public figures have to take their complaints to the Roskomnadzor, which many presumably will not do.)
Still, if the policy is enforced, the implications for the Russian memeosphere could be huge: According to a recent academic census of English-speaking memes, nearly a third of the Internet’s most popular memes depict a specific person. Just think of how many excellent memes depict Vladimir Putin!

the video just really reiterates a lot of obvious facts but it amazes me there are still people out there that are still against nuclear energy. I also may or may not simply be just shilling for this channel because they make some great videos.
