Are you honestly saying government laws don't negatively effect you? Look at the massive waste everything they are involved in has, look at the gangs and prisoners drug and prostitution has created. Look at how often they infringe upon us. The fact is they have NO authority to detain people for life without due process of law. And it HAS happened to many people at Guantanamo. You are clearly not educated at all on this discussion if you actually believe everyone in the military would blindly kill their own people while at the same time the economy is becoming worthless and they are being taken over. A revolution is very possible, and absolutely necessary for the survival of this country and possibly species if we don't stop the way things are going. Not to mention this criminal some people still choose to call president is responsible for the direct deaths of three Americans, two of whom were children. If that's not telling you of the blatant tyranny, nothing will break your cognitive dissonance.

Serious / Re: Why are you against the legalization of medical cannabis?
« on: November 02, 2014, 05:39:07 AM »
I think it should be a combination of tabacoo laws and alcohol laws. I'd rather not want to have someone go out for a smoke break and come back high. Especially since we work around knives and other things that can kill you. Same with driving.

I think you should be judged by your work and not what happens to be in your body. If you're incompetent and irresponsible you should be fired. Just like I would have fired all of the people on my old construction people that took cigarette breaks every 15 minutes wasting all of that time.

Calm your tits. Yeesh.
Second hand smoke has harmful effects, plus it's disrespectful to expect strangers to just be okay with you polluting their breathing space. At least alcohol and other drugs don't stink up the air.

Second-hand smoke can be harmful if you're trapped in a small space with a smoker for years, a little puff pasting past you isn't going to hurt. And only tobacco smoke is truly harmful, sure, ALL smoke is bad but smoking cannabis all day every day isn't going to cause irreparable harm like tobacco will. Ya, cigarette smokers may bother me a bit standing right outside a business entrance smoking, but I hold my breath the five minutes, give them the pleasure of being free with their miserable lives and then get it out of my mind. I don't scream for laws and rules. If I don't like particular people at a business I'll take my business elsewhere.

Long as they have to follow the "no smoking" laws/signs that tobacco users have to follow, I don't really care. I'd rather not deal with any of that second hand smoke BS.

I don't want to smell your foul stench, but I suck it up and deal with it rather than rinsing you down in the street and infringing upon your freedom. It should be up to the owner of a business, though.

Interesting, very interesting.
What's also interesting is that our Government is more concerned about money than it's citizens. Seems more like a business to me. Anyways, good read. But it says smoking it doesn't do shit.

True, smoking it alone will not cure cancer, just reduce the nausea. Hemp oil is the way to go, smoking anything is bad for you. The government says it has no medical properties at the same time it holds patents on medical cannabis. No joke.

It's good. Anything that cures cancer is good.
Oh pssh, lies and slander.
There's a slight chance it slows cancer cells. it cures nothing but stress maybe.

It's been shown countless times now to cure cancers and cause tumors to destroy themselves.
Ah hah! If it flat out cures it it would have been legalized indefinitely. Link for proof please, good source too.

Except the government is corrupt and knowingly lies about it. Why treat people cheaply when chemo is $8 grand a bag?

The doctor spoke of this specific case, but there are plenty of others.Spain also did a study which concluded cannabis cured cancer with no side-effects.

I am very happy to be living in Colorado right now.

You are obviously a heroin addict because of the pot.

All of that cannabis has finally destroyed your brain.

Your delusion is spawned from your lack of cannabis protection to your brain.

Do you really think citizens can get ahold of explosives here as easily as they can in the middle east?

More so, you probably have things around your house to make several explosives. You do realize they are easy to create, correct?

How would they get it here? It takes all of two minutes to storm the capitol.
Yes taking down the government is as simple as storming the Capitol.

Easier than fighting a foreign empire.

Odin*

Odin, far-wanderer, grant me wisdom, Courage, and victory. Friend Thor, grant me your strength. And both be with me.

May Odin give you knowledge on your path, May Thor grant you strength and courage on your way, And may Loki give you laughter as you go.

No.

Even if the United States Government did get out of control and abolish the Constitution and Bill of Rights we would still need the support of the Military to start a new revolution.

That's what militias are for.

If you actually support the government mass collecting personal data without probable cause or a warrant or if you support the idea the government can detain a person indefinitely through the NDAA then fucking leave this country. Same shit we fought the British over and it will be the same thing we fight over again

They can actually just murder anyone under the NDAA. They just have to claim you're a "terrorist" which they now consider protesters exercising their freedoms to be. They don't need to give a reason or defend the claim and you lose your citizenship, allowing them to murder you.

Actually they'd be worried why women can vote, why blacks don't count as "three fifths" a person, why gays are allowed to be open, and why the country is ruled by a black man.

Barack is half cracka. Even the founders weren't perfect, it's why they recognized liberty comes from nature and not the Constitution. The Constitution was meant to limit the federal government, not grant us anything. The fact remains they would still revolt over far less than what we tolerate today. Many of the founders also wanted to abolish slavery, but realized the Constitution would never be ratified in that state, not to mention it was rather vital for the country.

Why would we.

Government tyranny out of control.
but it isnt

Plenty would argue it is.

A few backwoods, inbred secessionist retards and their mother's neckbeards don't count as "plenty" out of the millions of Americans.

Plenty of passionate and intelligent people agree as well.

The framers of this very country would agree.

yes because war solves all problems, just look at over 5,000 years of recorded history. Diplomacy is silly and is for candy-assed reasonable people

The first revolution was amazing.

Can someone explain to me why my worthless neighbor with three kids and no means to support them other than being dependent on government gets $800 a month to take a yoga class? It made me start wondering how many people here not only go for free, but get PAID for going. What the freaking hell?

I want to hear opinions and input on this. Is it worth subbing for $75 a day and getting disrespected by teenagers? We all know that having a sub basically means they can do whatever they want. I feel like it will put me in an awkward position.

You could try being a cool sub, or just kick as many brats out of class as possible.
