Reading Lost Stars and I'm pretty put-off by how generic it is so far. Random people fall in love and are the best at everything by the age of 16 and every aspect of the plot revolves around how they want to fuck...It's okay for what it is but it's weird they would choose to exhibit a lot of the post-RotJ stuff from such forgettable characters.
Yeah, I'm glad I decided to read Twilight Company instead.

That's the first time Lord has gotten legitimately furious at me. Now I know what he's self conscious about. Glorious.

>Being Roman >Giving The Lord Ruler a 5/10 based on no facial hair. >Only fat people want him >Even then it's barely.
I seem to have struck a nerve. It's okay, baby face. On the bright side you don't have to spend time shaving.

Well I'm just waiting for Sunday. The Patriots will win, and then I get to see Papa Mulder and Mama Scully search for the truth.

This is going to turn into a saga to rival Roman's, isn't it?
Yeah, but his would be the prequel trilogy.
My money is on him realising he actually fancies Chad somewhere down the line. Now that would be a twist.
He does give off that kinda vibe
You were my brother Chad, I loved you!

Shadow of Intent is amazing, should have hired Lord Staten to write the story 343i. Really makes me yearn for a Covenant-only campaign.
The war for Sanghelios should have been it's own game. I really don't see why we needed Locke or the Sangelios arc in Halo 5 other than padding.
And really it was only two unique environments, a bunch of crumbling temple structures, and Sunaion; which didn't seem like much of a city teeming with life. Still, it all looked very pretty, but compared to the beauty of Delta Halo's ruins, less life-like. Hard to describe.
Best part of the game tbh
Agree, the most alien-looking for sure. Could have used some civilians running around the chaos on Sunaion though.

I was only scheduled one day of work this week, shitty retail. Thursday I have my interview for graduate school for teaching history. Not much going on. All I did today so far was read Star Wars comics and watch the X-Files. I can't evn motive my lazy ass to get out of the house and get a haircut.

Can't even bring myself to want to try Hardline. If I did this, would I get access to all BF4 DLC?

And while we're on the topic what the hell did make 343 go in such a strange fucking direction with the story? They claimed the overall narative was planned out before hand, but I find it so hard to belive that this was the direction they had always been planing to go in since Halo 4, especially since Halo 4 itself was so excellently written. What happened to continuing John's development? Why have plot devices and threads form Halo 4 and the reclaimer trilogy been been seemingly erased from existence so suddenly? What purpose did focusing on Locke even serve?
It's pretty obvious that derderct was supposed to be the main antagonist but got switched halfway through development
I'm guessing because of all the crying about halo 4's story
It would have been so much better if Didact was manipulating Chief through visions of Cortana. Maybe even the Warden Eternal could have been a demented version of Cortana you fight, or somehow it would contain a rampant part of her, serving as the Digi-Didact's protector. Then Halo 6 could go two ways, either the Didact has been under the influence of the Gravemind and activating the Guardians was just to weaken the Galaxy for the coming Flood assault. Or it is really him, and he teams up with every species to combat the Flood. If Didact is indeed being controlled by the Gravemind, then I would see having to seek Mendicant Bias out as an ally, who now fight against a former master again, Didact, but this time against the Flood. That would be beautiful! I'm so disappointed every time I think about what Halo 5's campaign could have been.

what the fuck... Lord of the Flies is worst book.
At least it's not the Scarlet Letter or The Crucible.
The Crucible was better imo, and they were trying to burn my kind. lmao Maybe it's because I prefered the teacher who had us read it.
What is your kind?
Witches.
Oh, I was expected more of something with race.
Gingers.
