A militia isn't suppose to be part of government, its suppose to be apart of THE PEOPLE. Otherwise, they would have said a well armed army or military, instead of militia.

While this is indeed the first proper argument I've ever seen you make, it's hardly a convincing one. It's all about balancing interests and rights.
