How would it be done? By who? You? Volunteers? Who would these volunteers be but lunatics just as bad as the one being punished by the state? Or maybe a professional hired by the state? Do you seriously want somebody like that given the green light by the state at their discretion? Why would you want the state to have the power to torture prisoners for having committed crimes? Which crimes deserve torture? How does this bring back the people he killed or make any of this ok?

Holy shit I forgot about that glitch. I never ran into it myself, but just about every Fails of the Weak had some poor sap suddenly end up flying to his doom at Mach 12 in a wraith.
If you played Big Team Battle in Reach and had a match on that shitty Forge map called Asphalt, the Wraith would do that every game.
I kinda liked Asphalt TBH. The way they separated vehicle from infantry combat was cool and Personaly never experienced the wraith glitch, even on that map, although "S" was a lot better and should have been put into matchmaking

Modern Warfare 2 is the best CoD and one of the best shooters of it's generation, I'd say within the top 5. And there are a lot of good fucking shooters in that generation.
