why does the game feel the need to provide flashbacks of a scene I just saw like 5 minutes ago?
Why do story writers do this in general

Are you feeling the mechs

From what I hear you don't get them untill about 20 hours in.
If you're asking If I like the designs, then hell yeah. I've always loved mechs.

Well the game certainly wont win any awards for groundbreaking character customization. Aside form the boob thing being gone (meh) all the facial structure features are stuck to the preset defaults and basicly you're just coloring the character in, aside from their hairstyle, voice and height and stuff like freckles moles scars facepaint and their pupil shape.

That said it's not TOO too bad as long as you don't hate anime looking characters for whatever reason. It's not Destiny-teir of godawful, thank The Lord.

One thing I still don't understand after the opening is why the aliens are attacking humanity. They were at war with each other, what was the point of hunting down humanity as well?
I hope the game answers at some point.

With Quick-Reply you can write a post when viewing a topic without loading a new page. You can still use bulletin board code and smileys as you would in a normal post.

How can Battlefront be a disappointment if everyone already knew that it was going to be shit to begin with?

Because I spent two years since it was announced believing they'd actually follow up on the promises it would be faithful to the originals.

I don't use the radio in Fallout, either--just for this song.

It's not funny. It's just stupid. I hate Roy Brown's voice.

I'd have to say BF3. They ruined a perfectly good classical intro with... electric noises.

I can think of a dozen reasons to dislike dark souls but comparing it to rape isn't one of them

But would Verb rather play Dark Souls, or have 100 babies born ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I'm so sorry. It was just too easy

You can literally avoid it entirely. It's up to the player whether or not they want to allow the chance if they want to be invaded or not - and if you choose to allow that chance, it's ENTIRELY your fault. You have zero excuses.

« on: December 06, 2015, 02:22:00 PM »
The first time I remember dying in a dream (or at least hurt myself severe enough to wake up.) it was a simple dream where I was on those cheap backyard slide steps and it fell over, and I woke up at the moment of impact.

I was actually at a funeral and to this day I still have no idea how and when I fell asleep, but I couldn't have been for long,  a couple of minutes at most.

One dream I was playing Titanfall on the map Overlook, wall runs and all. I ended up running through a door near the back of the map but instead of going into the actual room I was suddenly in my late grandmother's house in the dining room. It was chistmas eve. My dad and aunt and my mom's cat were there but my mom and sister weren't which is weird as hell.

I looked into the living room and saw that one of the cabinets was out of place on the wrong side of the room and climbing up is was this disgusting Sea urchin/Centepede, and it was growing bigger. I was going to draw my R101c but but was gone. I wasn't playing Titanfall anymore, I was myself. The monstrosity moved over to a table where my mom's cat is staring at it and my dad proceed to smash that nasty fucker into 4 pieces with a cup. and thats the last thing I remember

Damn.

The only video game dream I ever had and my last one too was playing the Halo 3 Alpha, and wouldn't you know it, the mission itself and map actually made it to the game. You know the level The Storm? Except in this dream I was on the roof of the buildings and there were Jackal Snipers up top. It has Halo 2 sound effects, but the graphics were from the trailer. Last thing that happened was I got shot by a jackal, my shields were down, I was trying to find the bastard, but before I could I woke up. I was like "Fuuuuuck!"

Here's another (partialy) video game one I had as a kid:
I was on Hoth (I think it was Hoth it was snowy but it was the evening, almost night time) and A woman had gotten her kittens stuck in a pod on an AT-AT's leg so we had to stop the AT-AT in the middle of the battle and cut the pod open with a plasma torch.
That woman was an idiot to because almost all of those "Kittens" were Tribbles from Star Trek. Anyway, I caught some girl doing gods knows what behind us and I went to chase her down. But when I caught up to her she detonated a gravity bomb from Ratchet and Clank and sent us both flying with exadurated Halo CE ragdoll physics, but I managed to bounce off the walls and catch her.

Funny that was actually WAY before I was even a fan of Halo, and now that Iv'e finally played CE again the ragdoll is nowhere near as ridiculously bouncy and floaty as I perceived it as a child.

One dream I had relatively recently. Not particularly dumb but...

My Dad and I were stuck in a time loop in which these three homeless guys would cause our plane to crash, we would die, and then God would bring us back again. Can't remember how that one ended but for some reason I could never forget it because something in my gut told me It was important.

weird

When I was little I constantly had Fever-teir dreams all of the time 80% of which involved Tornados or Whirlpools

One time my cousin and I got caught in a sentient tornado and ended up being spat out of an underwater whirlpool into an inescapable Baskin Robbins Purgatory.

Another time after a tornado I was in an airport and my mom somehow climbed her way onto the moon for some reason....then there was another tornado at some point or the other.

And then another time I had a dream that my father and his co-workers were fighing thugs in a train station and then a  Hispanic kid from my class killed them and trapped their souls in a subway poster that looked like some kind of juice whirlpool (I forgot the brand but it was a real brand)  and my friends and I had to get them back.
